Privacy Policy

VELA is configured entirely on the device over Bluetooth. Your display settings stay on the device — we do not create an account for you and do not sync your settings to any server.

The VELA mobile app requests Bluetooth to configure the device. On Android it also requests Location, which the operating system requires for Bluetooth scanning; VELA does not use your location for any other purpose and does not track you.

If you subscribe to the VELA newsletter, we store only the email address and optional name you submit, plus the date you gave consent, and use them solely to send you VELA product news. We do not sell or share them, and we do not send anything else. To be removed, use the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or write to info@techcon-solution.com.

If you place an order, we store your name, email address, phone number and shipping address so that we can fulfil and support that order, and we keep the order record for seven years as Hong Kong law requires of business records. Payment is taken by Stripe: your card details go to Stripe and never reach us, and we receive only the last four digits and the outcome. Stripe's own privacy notice covers what they do with your payment data.

We do not sell or share your information, and we use no analytics or visitor tracking on this site.
